Truth

Truth is the one thing I will never know,
I close my eyes,
Praying to whatever is out there,
Maybe one day it will get better,
Until that day comes,
I will sit in the dark,
Wishing I had someone to hold me close,
Love me the way I long to be loved,
For someone to long to touch me,
Hold me,
Want me,
Never again will I make the first move,
I want someone to want me,
Not the other way around,
For the first time in my life,
Someone to love me for me,
To find truth in love,
Not just the lies,
Try not to hurt the one you love,
All that comes from my hands is pain and misery,
No love,
A black hole for a heart,
Nothing more than pain for me,
Not deserving of true love.
